More than anything, she surrounded me in a way that made me feel like I was never alone. As an expat, that sense of being held, supported, and truly cared for meant everything. She helped me feel grounded, connected, and gently carried through one of the most transformative seasons of my life.
Through her, I’ve come to understand that postpartum isn’t just a phase - it’s the beginning of the rest of your life as a mother, and you get to choose how you step into it. She’s given me tools, perspective, and a deeper sense of self that I will carry forward. She reminded me how to live fully, and to see the colour in this season, even in the moments that felt heavy.
